What are anti-wrinkle injections?
Anti-wrinkle injections work by relaxing the movement and contraction of the underlying facial muscles. When the muscles are relaxed, they do not wrinkle or fold the overlying skin.
After the initial treatment, the muscles begin to relax after 2 – 3 days, with the maximum effect present at 2 weeks. A natural look or effect is very achievable without the ‘frozen’ look.
